Sod Installation in Columbia Falls, Kalispell & the Flathead Valley
Sod gives you a finished lawn in a day instead of a season. But it only takes if the ground underneath is ready and the water is right. Columbia View handles both.
Ground Preparation
We prepare the ground before the sod goes down so the roots can take hold.
Installation
Sod is laid tight with seams staggered for a clean, even lawn.
Getting the Water Right
New sod needs steady watering for the first few weeks. Because we're an irrigation company too, we can set up or adjust your sprinklers so the new lawn gets what it needs.
FAQ
When can you install sod? We start installing sod as soon as the sod farm begins cutting, usually late April to early May, and continue into November depending on sod availability and weather.
How soon can I use my new lawn? Keep use very light for the first 2 weeks. After that, you can start mowing again. Full use is fine after 4 weeks.
Can you set up sprinklers for new sod? Yes. We install and adjust irrigation, so your new lawn gets the water it needs.
